1. Who we are

ToolPickrr (“we”, “us”) operates toolpickrr.com, a website that provides free online tools for everyday digital tasks such as PDF, image, text, and file conversion work. You do not need an account to use our tools.

2. How we handle your files

Most ToolPickrr tools — including Merge PDF — process files directly in your browser. That means the file stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers to complete the task.

We do not store, sell, or share the documents, images, or other files you open in our tools. When you close the tab, the in-browser copy is gone unless you downloaded a result to your own device.

If a future tool cannot work without a server, we will only process the file long enough to complete that task. We will not keep those files as a personal archive, and we will say so on the tool page when server processing is required.

3. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, passwords, or payment details to use the tools.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics setup may receive limited technical information when you visit, such as:

• pages you view and the date/time of the visit
• browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address
• referring website, if you arrived from another page
• the email address and message you send us, if you contact support

We use this information to keep the site running, understand which tools people use, fix bugs, and reply to you when you write to us. We do not sell this information.

4. Cookies and analytics

ToolPickrr uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics or similar tags that set cookies or similar storage in your browser. These help us see how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited) so we can improve it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some measurement features may not work, but the tools themselves are still available without an account.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run the website, including:

• hosting for toolpickrr.com
• Google Tag Manager (and any tags it loads, such as analytics)
• content delivery networks for scripts used by some tools (for example PDF libraries loaded from a CDN)
• email, when you write to us at toolpickrr@gmail.com

Those providers process data under their own policies. We only use them to operate ToolPickrr, not to build advertising profiles to sell.

6. How long we keep information

Files processed in your browser are not kept by us. Technical logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed to run and improve the site. Emails you send us are kept long enough to respond and handle your request, then removed when they are no longer needed.

7. Children

ToolPickrr is a general-purpose tools website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children to create accounts, because we do not offer accounts. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. For ToolPickrr, this usually applies to emails you sent us or analytics identifiers, not to files processed in your browser (those never reach our servers for most tools).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our tools or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of ToolPickrr after an update means you accept the revised policy.
